edition of "Modern Living" Magazine. Pictures of
the Hogarth Marionettes featured on the front and centre pages.
Jan Bussell & Ann Hogarth were best known as the
creators, with Annette Mills, of the Muffin the Mule TV
series. They had an outstanding career in puppetry
from the 1930s to the 1980s. The Circus was one
of their earliest and most-performed productions with
many variations and new characters added. |
